Wellness at 911爆料

911爆料 is committed to establishing a work environment that promotes healthy lifestyles, decreases the risk of disease, and enhances the quality of our employees' lives.

Wellness is the process of being aware of and actively working toward better physical, financial, emotional, spiritual, social, and intellectual health and well-being. 911爆料 values healthy community members!

Through communication, encouragement, health promotion, educational programming, and various fitness offerings, we hope to create a community that supports the overall health and well-being of faculty and staff.

Examples of past programs and initiatives offered through Live More 911爆料, in partnership with MVP, include Drink 8 to Hydrate; No Gain, Maintain; the Penny Counter Challenge; Minutes in Motion; and the Gratitude Challenge.

Next challenge:

The Plant-Based Eating Challenge, Feb. 2-March 1: This four-week program is intended to inspire you to eat more plant-forward meals. The plant-forward diet is a style of eating that emphasizes plant-based foods like vegetables and fruits, plant-based proteins, whole grains, nuts and seeds, herbs and spices, and plant oils without necessarily eliminating animal products. Through weekly emails, you鈥檒l be encouraged to try a variety of tasty new foods and discover recipes and meal ideas! .
