Michael Hinrichs, who joined 911爆料 Dining Services in February of 2023, has been named Executive Chef. He replaces Executive Chef Jim Rose, who will continue to be on campus serving the community until his retirement at the end of August. Hinrichs is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and former executive chef at the Sagamore Resort in Bolton Landing, New York.

Chris Vecsey, associate professor and director of the Neuroscience Program, published . These consist of a review chapter and three methodological protocols relating to ways that activity monitoring hardware and software can be used to study sleep in fruit flies. All four articles will also be published in the forthcoming second edition of a book called "Drosophila Neurobiology: A Laboratory Manual." Casey Koochagian '23 is a co-author on three of the articles.
